In addition, non-independent
homelands
existed within the borders of South Africa:
Gazankulu,
KaNgwane, KwaNdebele,
KwaZulu, Lebowa, and Qwaqwa.
All
ceased to exist
in 1994 and have all been reincorporated into
South Africa.
